By accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. These Terms govern all use of our trading evaluations, funded account programs, analytics tools, and platform resources. If you do not agree with any provision in these Terms, you must immediately cease using Finance Maker’s services and platform.
Proprietary Trading Services
Finance Maker operates as a crypto proprietary trading firm, providing structured trading evaluations, capital allocation programs, and professional trading environments. Our services include trading challenges, risk-managed funded accounts, automated oversight systems, and performance analytics. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and trading involves significant financial risk. Finance Maker does not provide financial advice, brokerage services, investment management, or profit guarantees. All trading decisions and risk exposure remain solely your responsibility within the Finance Maker ecosystem.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including taxation and regulatory requirements. You must not use the platform for illegal activities, market manipulation, sanctions violations, or fraudulent behavior. You agree to adhere to Finance Maker’s trading rules, evaluation policies, and risk parameters. Failure to comply may result in account termination, program disqualification, or loss of eligibility for funding.
Trading & Program Terms
All trading activity conducted as part of Finance Maker programs is subject to specified rules including risk limits, position constraints, profit targets, and compliance standards. Market conditions may impact executions, platform availability, or performance analytics synchronization. Finance Maker provides performance estimation tools but cannot guarantee exact system timing or exchange conditions. Participation in funding programs may involve third-party exchange platforms and trading environments, each with their own terms and risk considerations that users must review and acknowledge.
Risk Disclosure
Crypto trading involves substantial risk, including total capital loss due to volatility, exchange instability, regulatory changes, technology failures, execution slippage, or market disruptions. We strive to maintain program continuity but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability during updates or system changes. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finance Maker’s liability is limited to subscription or program fees paid during the preceding six-month period. Finance Maker is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including trading losses, missed profit opportunities, data issues, exchange malfunctions, or platform interruptions. This limitation applies across all Finance Maker services, including trading evaluations, funded programs, and analytics features within our proprietary trading infrastructure.
